We are delighted to announce that a group of students from P5OH and one student from P5R have been awarded esteemed recognition in the UCD Irish Young Philosophers Covid-19 Ethics Award for 2020. 

Emma, Matthew, Alex, Eddie, Aaron, Sam, Seraphine and Rachel from P5OH were runners up in the class project category with their project ‘How has Covid-19 impacted our environment’.

Timmy Casey from P5R came joint runner up in the P5/P6 category with his entry  entitled ‘The Ethics of Fame and Celebrity during Covid-19' (available to read below).

This is a huge achievement for our pupils, who worked  exceptionally hard on these projects during school closure and through e-learning.   We are so proud!
