Congratulations to Weichen Huang, winner of two prestigious awards at the BT Young Scientist and Technology exhibition 2022 who continues to work on his project titled "Climate-Net: can AI help fight against climate change?". Weichen has submitted a report of his project to the International Conference on Machine Learning (icml.cc) while he has also published a technical report of it onto Arvix.
