This year's Transition Year Winter Fair toook place in the College on Thursday 13 December.  It is  one of the main fundraisers for the Transition Year Uganda Project which supports three projects in Uganda:

• Rubirizi Secondary School
• Kisiizi Hospital
• Good Shepherd Fold Orphanage in Jinja

There was an exciting range of stalls offering food and drinks, games, clothes and Christmas decorations, as well as a second-hand uniform sale and a book sale.  The TY art students had put together a 2019 calendar showcasing the students' work. There was a huge array of prizes on the tombola stall and in the raffle, including Six Nations rugby tickets, vouchers for Dundrum Town Centre and Ticketmaster and a Christmas hamper worth €125.
