Congratulations to the Second Year girls who beat Newpark in their Semi Final on Tuesday 26 March in a tough  game.   Our girls were down after the first quarter but the second quarter got off to a great start as we took the lead and held onto it for the rest of the game.

Newpark  fought back strongly until the end,  never giving up, but our girls were determined to fight for everything.  This is a quality that Coach Clarges is so proud of, especially with girls of such a young age.   Resilience is key when things are tough.

Most Valuable Players went to Co-Captains Katie Heather and Sadbh Atkinson whose awesome defence and fast breaks were crucial holding their team together right until the end.
