It is with tremendous sadness that we must inform you of the death, on Sunday 23 September,  of past pupil, Nicola Walker (née Lewis), class of 1985.

Nicky returned to St Andrew’s to teach mathematics in 1992 and was a highly respected member of staff and deeply cherished by all who knew her.

We extend our heartfelt sympathies to her husband Ray, her children, Rachel, Ellie and Scott and her brother Alan Lewis, class of 1982.

The funeral service will take place at 1pm on Thursday 27 September in St Philip's and St James' Church, Cross Avenue, Booterstown.

All their life in this world, and all their adventures in Narnia had only been the cover and the title page; now at last they were beginning Chapter One of the Great Story which no one on Earth had read; which goes on forever, in which every chapter is better than the one before.
