1st Year

Inform students of the support network available to them to help with the transition into post-primary school.

Provide students with information regarding each stage of their post-primary school education.
2nd Year

Help students become aware of their interests, values and skills.

Introduce students to the various pathways available to them after post-primary school.
3rd Year

Provide information to help students make the post out of their Transition Year.

Educate the students regarding the various options available to them after post-primary school.
